3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle into tulip. Traverse city.
Appearance: cloudy orange liquid with a white puffy head with good retention.
Aroma: citrus, wheat, some yeast, alcohol.
Taste: slightly sweet an a little bitter
Palate: thin body. Oily texture. Short finish.
Overall: refreshing, but not super interesting. Lacks the body of a good wheat ale. Yeast is not as present as I would have preferred.

From bottle to glass at room temp. Cloudy orange with some sediment. Light citrus wheat beer. Easy drinker, but a big fan of wheat beers.

4/17/2010. From bottle. Not a big fan of wheat beers, but this one is not bad at all. Malty flavors with hints of citrus and light fruit.

Bells is always a good choice. This beer isn’t my favorite from Bells, but it is worth a try.

2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Aroma is mild with grain and some hops.
Taste has grain, sour malts and some syrup. Pretty much like your average lager with some extra depth.

I can see why they line up for this release every year. Wonderfully crafted wheat beer with nice spice notes. Smooth finish. Just great.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. This is a decent wheat beer but it does not compete with the big belgians and germans that dominate the style.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
I had this at Global Brew. Pours cloudy yellowish orange with a white head. Taste citrusy wheat. I thought was pretty good. I would definitely drink this again.

Bottle. How the heck have I not rated this yet. I must have drank 5 cases since I joined RB. Loads of dank wheat with a good dose of orange zest and a little clove. Standardly good brew.
