Fresh 12 oz. bottle thanks to queenholly. Slightly hazy gold color in a Weizen glass. Small white head that vanished slowly. Aroma of tons of fresh citrus, yeast, malt and slight grassiness. The taste is wheat, orange pith leading to a great malt sweetness. Some bitterness from the Saaz hops toward the backside. Has a dry finish. Medium body with the proper level of carbonation. Damn, overall a very tasty and I always wonder if people rating great wheat ales understand they need them fresh. For me this is VERY under rated and is much better than how some people have scored it. Very well made wheat.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 Ataraxia (160) - Massachusetts, USA - APR 21, 2013
Slightly hazy golden color, dense white froth. Strong aroma of wheat, hay, dough, and hints of coriander. Small amount of sweetness and very mild hop bitterness in the taste. Crisp, light-bodied, and smooth. Not much in the finish and pretty much no alcohol presence. A good summer beer.

Easily one of the most refreshing IPA’s. Nose is pine and floral with a hint of grapefruit. Taste is a complexity of floral, malt, hops and, dare In say it, umame. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean and the finish is delightful.

Everyone knows this beer by now. It’s my favorite summer beer. It’s also the first microbrew I ever tried, when it was called Solsun, so I’ll always be fond of it. Beautiful cloudy wheat beer. Crisp, fruity, wheaty and some malt.
Very little hops.

Banana, clove, and citrusy and grassy hop aromas. Yellow-orange with a lasting, white head. Dry, fruity, and somewhat bitter. Light bodied, carbonation is moderate, and finishes with some lingering fruity and hoppy flavors.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 GuillaumeCL (287) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 14, 2013
Bottle from the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy pale straw orange with a tiny bit of white head that dissipates and rings pretty quickly, also some sediment. Smell is a bit weak, but has banana, a bit of spice, and maybe a bit of a wheat/grain smell. Palate is on the lighter side of medium bodied with very good carbonation. Taste is quite interesting, it’s like a mix of a wheat bear and an APA. Sweet and slightly tart at first but then gets a bit of a fruity fullness with a bit of bitter before leaving a slightly bitter aftertaste that cuts off cleanly. Very interesting.
