Aug 21, 2009 Pours a slightly cloudy light gold with a decent white head. Somewhat floral wheat aroma with a bit of citrus. A nice sweet taste with a bit of spice. Light on hops, but has a nice balance. This is a great summer session and is worth a try.

Aug 18, 2009 Pours a golden brown, with a large white foamy head. Smells of oranges. You get the taste of citrus, orange, and wheat. Goes down easy. Good brew.

Aug 16, 2009 Excellent summer brew. Cloudy orange color, great lacing and frothy head. Spice is just right as is the hint of hops. Malt and citrus also present.
My favorite Bell’s outside of the Two-Hearted Ale.

Aug 16, 2009 A pleasant wheat ale - slightly estery, round and full in the mouth, slightly sweet but not overpowering. I happen to prefer my summer beers lighter and my wheat beers spicier than this, but it’s nice enough.

Aug 13, 2009 Poured golden orange from a bottle in to a pint glass. Very little head will minimal lacing. Smells of orange, wheat, and flowery. Tastes sweet of wheat and orange with light refreshing hops. There is also some lemon. Finally finishes with a nice subtle bitterness. Light mouth feel with good carbonation.
Very refreshing on a hot summer day.
Shall I have another? Yes please.

Aug 12, 2009 Draft. I can’t agree more with the previous rater- Oberon really is a perfect summer session beer. Slightly cloudy yellow pour with medium white head. Citrus, other fruits, mild spice, and wheat on the nose. Flavor is also primarily citrus and hops with malt, wheat, and a little spice. Feels great on the palate, with a medium body, gentle carbonation, and a surprisingly creamy feel for all the citrus in there. A can’t-go-wrong summer classic.
