12 oz bottle. Package date of 03/12/2012. 5.8% ABV. Pleasant aroma. Hints of lemon and orange peel. Pillowy but persistent head. Minor lacing. Yellow / orangish in color, cloudy. Refreshing taste. Slight bit of hop and malt on the finish. A little lemon and coriander. Nicely balanced. An enjoyable and well crafted wheat ale by Bellís. (A fresher bottle may have scored a bit higher.

5 liter can. Slight yeasty aroma, with a cloudy, hazy appearance. A little carbonation. You can feel the tiny little bubbles. Mildly astringent mouth feel . Faint black pepper taste with some wheat. Crisp thin body This would be a great beer for summer parties!

Draught at Bell's Eccentric Cafe, Kalamazoo, MI. Slightly cloudy golden color with a small white head. Mild floral hops, citrus and wheaty maltiness in the aroma. Not that strong aroma. The flavor is citrusy hops, hints of bitterness and malt. Easy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a bottle, San Diego. Exceptional wheat beer aroma, citrusy and refreshing. Crisp bite with excellent flavor. Not too powerful, the taste of this beer has nothing in excess but is a perfect cold summer beer. If a 15th century landsknecht marched twenty miles through Bavaria in the heat of the summer and came upon an ancient village brewery with a wheat ale recipe passed down through generations and filled a goblet with a cold bite from the cellar, this is what I imagine it would taste like. So satisfying!

From notes. Sweet, and wheaty, like Michael Jordan.
It didnít leave a big impression on me, but it was light, lightly hopped, and a little fruity.

Out of the bottle, poured a deep yellow, hazy, with a tall persistent white head. Aromas of lemon, lemon cough drops, wheat malt, biscuit. On the palate, spicy hop character cuts through the fruit/sweet wheat malt, leaving a lingering bitterness. Like a cross between a German Pils and a wheat ale.

Aroma of sweet clove, hay, wheat, spice. Pours a hazy straw colour with a one finger white head. Taste is spicy, light hoppy, sweet clove and hay. Medium light body, soft and smooth mouthfeel, average carbonation, finishes a bit spicy. Leaves sticking on the lips. Good summer beer.
