Pour is a beautiful orange with a foamy white head that quickly dissapears. Appealing aroma and a great flavor. One of my favorite wheats, easily.

Bottle, shared with multiple others at brew club. Pours a pale yellow (SRM 3) over a clear body......nose is minimal cereal, bit of hop (grass)....taste is light cereal, minimal bitter finish....mouth feel is light, carbonation medium. A very light beer in aroma, taste and mouth feel BJCP 4/3/8/4/5

quite a nice and somewhat different wheat ale. almost cloyingly sweet yet full of body and texture. spicy also of a sweet variety and substantial it married itself to a very good alcohol content. lingering sweet finish is not at all bothersome. light citrus tastes in this mildly hoppy offering. good beer!

tap - hazy orange pour, caramelly goodness. Some nice funky spice and wheatiness. Tasty and good for the style.

April 2006 - This beer poured light, cloudy yellow with nice head and outstanding lacing. Aroma was wheaty and yeasty with some oranges (citrus hops are "in" this year, it’s seeming every beer I try is orange/citrus lately!). The flavor was orangey sweet, even more than the wheaty base...smooth and extremely drinkable. For an American Wheat (not my favorite wheat style by a long shot), this isn’t bad. The citrusy hopy make it stand out from the others and I do like the splash of orange. Not as "wheaty" as I would like (which is my common complaint against this style).

The Big Hunt, DC pint ($6): Pours a cloudy orange color with a white head. Aroma is of hops, spice, and fruits. Taste is on the hoppy side for a wheat ale, and that is a good thing, because it provides a good character. Plenty of spicy notes that do a good job of accentuating the hop notes. Pleasant mouthfeel and easy drinking to boot. Hey, everyone knows that this is an excellent wheat and it is.

Classic summer beer that I can no longer get in Illinois :( Pours a cloudy yellow with a thin white head. Heavy citrus aroma. Nice citrus flavor in the beer as well and just a little bit of spices. A great summer wheat.

Bottle. Hazy peach pour with a nice frothy head. Aroma holds really solid balance between nectar fruits including peach and a touch of mango, light spicy and grassy hops, and beautiful wheat and yeast. Flavor has more of that wheat, fruit, and increased hop presence. Absolutely delightful on a beautiful late summer’s day.
