Aroma is lightly malty (cereal, grain), lightly hoppy (herbs), with light notes of soap. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Not bad.

TAP. Pours a hazy straw color with good carb. and a nice lasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet from the wheat but spicy from the hops. Also seemed a little murky in the smell with lots of harsh yeastiness. FLavor is slightly sweet, malty, a bit grassy, and mildly hoppy. A relatively full body compared to most other american wheats, but still made to style.

Maybe I got a bad six pack, but after the first two the last bottles made friends with alot of other beers in my refigerator before I finished them off. Tasted like a heavy cloying wit. I’ll try it again sometime and rerate if necessary.

On Tap (Yogis Bloomington IN) - Huge creamy head on top of the hazy golden colored beer, thin bodied. All the characteristics of a white (wit) wheat beer, citrus nose, a little spicy on the palate. Well balanced for a wheat, finished with lingering wheat taste. Not as big and complex as others in the genre, but a very drinkable brew.

Light gold color. Medium head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied American Wheat ale. Malts are fruity and slightly sweet. Hops are fairly floral. Well balanced. Very nice wheat beer. Light and refreshing. Flavorful wheat beer. Very nice. Mild tasting yet, so well constructed wheat beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
