I finally got around to trying this. From a 12-oz. bottle, it pours a cloudy yellow-orange with a middling white head. Nice lacing. Slight hint of citrus in the nose, maybe a bit of hops as well. Very smooth mouthfeel; almost creamy. Subtle tastes of wheat with a hint of lemon in the background, some mild hopping in the finish. To me, the biggest appeal of the beer is its utter smoothness and easy drinkability.

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12 oz bottle into a mug. Appearance: The body has a light haze and a nice yellow color. It’s head is bright white, tall and long lasting. It also make some nice lacing on the glass. Smell: I get ligjt notes of sour dough bread, light grain and light grassy hops with a slight citrusy lemon. Taste/Palate: Up front it’s bready with mild citrusy notes moving in. As it finishes more grassy hop bitterness comes out. Overall it’s refreshing and we’ll carbonated.

Very spicy aroma, coriander wheat and dried fruits. Flavor is wheat and some Belgian yeast character. Very carbonated full glass lacing. Finishes very dry and crisp with lingering wheat.

Bottle. Pours a medium gold with a high, fine-grained, off-white head. Nose is spice, stone fruit, wheat, and yeast -- nicely balanced. Very tasty; nothing predominates, but the sweetness, fruitiness, and grain balances perfectly. There’s none of the slightly hollow notes that wheat ales can develop. Long, smooth finish. A classic.

Aroma of lemons and oranges. Color is hazy yellow with a thin rim of white foam on top. Taste is of navel oranges, coriander, black pepper, and biscuits on the middle of the mouth. Fizzy mouth feel on the palate. Very sweet and jucicey Orange follows.

A great summer wheat beer. Mild fruit finish with just the right hop finish. Always look forward to springtime when this is available.
