Draught: Faint citrus/meal scent. Cloudy golden color. Small white head. No lacing. Lemony, with good balance of hops and malts. Rather have a Prima Pils or Farmhous Summer. Still, not bad for a warm day.

Average American wheat... Perfect for people that don’t like wheat beers. Almost lager-like in qualities, could pass it up for a Dortmunder/Helles. Malt accent is almost like such. Rather fizzy and weak for an ale. Certainly a hoppier (but not too hoppy) take on a wheat beer. Finishes crisp and clean, but overall mild/medium body and watery texture. Then again, I don’t think I’ve ever really had a "good" American wheat. I’ve not been too impressed with any of Kalamazoo’s beers, and this doesn’t change that. Good, but not great. Hmmm; Nice buzzing sensation though.

Ugh, this is exactly what I dislike about most American wheat beer. Bland. Very, very bland. Yes, you can tell it’s a wheat beer, and it’s pretty inoffensive, but it’s like drinking a glass of white bread - there’s just no flavor. What’s the point?

Pretty much no aroma. Appearance is golden. Kind of soapy and alcoholy tasting. Not the best.

Bottle-I was not impressed. I thought the beer lacked flavor. It tasted a bit watered down and lost its head quick. in fact when poured, it has no head? oh well.

UPDATED: JUN 15, 2011 Probably the most overrated beer...ever? Thin, hopless wit with almost no redeeming qualities. It’s slightly better in a fresh keg and with an orange slice, but still not worth your dime.

Orange with stuff in it. Light aroma of fruit. Nondescript, not bad, not good, not a lot of flavor.

Bottle from craft beer outlet clearance rack. Pours a hazy golden color, with lots of "unfiltered goodness". Aroma is of citrus/lemons mostly, and has a wheaty/creamy taste with a full mouthfeel. Pretty good, but not great.

Pours a hazy straw color, about an inch of head. No lace. A little bit of yeast in the aroma.
Confusing taste. Not really complex, I just find it to be confusing. It seems to try to be a wit with the body and the spiciness, but there is more hops than any wheat beer should have, and a sugary sweetness to it. Some dry graininess too. I guess it’s the sweetness that I don’t really care for. Its not malty or flavorful - just sweet. Now that I think about it, I find it a bit too watery as well.
