COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American wheat ale made with European ingredients. Belgium wheat malt and Czech Saaz hops provide a spicy, fruity balance to this seasonal ale. (Formerly known as Solsun)

Pours a golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is wheaty with hints of hops and lemon citrus. Taste is pretty much the same as the aroma, wheaty with lemon. Very refreshing brew.

Very nice wheat beer. Looks great in the glass with a white head and a somewhat cloudy yellow-orange color. Somewhat spicy, citrus wheat aroma. Flavor is distinct wheat with citrus undertones. Good mouthfeel.

Amazingly refreshing beer. Bubbly and lemony fruity sweet with a touch of hops in the finish. A great beer to pack a cooler and head outdoors with. Finally Bell’s is getting down in Virginia.

I was really impressed with this beer. Really smooth. Aroma was of sweet oranges and warm bread. Appearance was a cloudy off-amber. Standard head with some nice lacing. Tasted a bit too sweet for my liking but i can see how people really like this. I usually enjoy sweet wheats but I think i was eating spicy food with this beer and it enhanced the sweetness. I will definitly reach for another.

The standard by which I measure wheat beer. Served with an oragne wedge at Mad Mex. Very drinkable, and it seems to get better as the weather gets warmer.

pours a slightly hazy light amber/yellow with lacy head. subtle aroma of banana, lemon, orange peel, wheat... flavor starts bitter moving to creamy with walnut and fruit ending with a bubbly hoppiness.

Oberon is a great wheat ale all summer long. It provides a template for other American wheats to work from as it is aromatic and richly flavored. Increasingly yeasty in finish as a nod to German wheats.
