JB175 (1654), Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 25, 2006 Blackish brown color with a medium tan head. Roasty chocolate and coffee flavors in the nose. Taste is a nice mix of coffee, roast, and maybe a bit of dark chocolate. High quality and easy drinkin’ porter. Another good one from Bells. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 23, 2006 Ruby-brown body and a moderate, sudsy light tan head. Chocolate and caramel aromas with a light edge of roast. Chocolate and marshmallow characters in the flavor with some prominent woodsy hops and moderate bitterness. A solid American-styled porter.
