3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
The first thing I noticed was the complete lack of head. Dark body. Slight roasted aroma. A little bit of roasted flavor and maybe a twinge of mocha. Too thin though. I was slightly disappointed.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
A definate roasted coffe/chocolate flavor to it. Nice tan head, beautiful smokiness with a hint of bitterness. Very thin and watery mouthfeel. Overall this is a substandard porter. I will not be buying this again. It cannot compare to Anchor or Boulevard Bully! Porter.

Not my favorite of the Bell's lineup. My biggest criticism is that it lacks the body to back up the initial impressions based on aroma and appearance.

Medium brown in color with a smallish tan colored head that is retained. Aroma is nice and layered with notes of cream, coffee, and some light nuttiness. Flavor seems to me to just a bit off? Little bit of sourness which seems out of place. Flavors of cream and coffee. Palate is just a bit thin. Maybe I will try again, but I like their regular stout much better than this porter.

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Dark clear brown with a creamy tan head. Strong coffee and cigar aromas. Watery barnyard malt flavors. Backed with plenty of oats. Decent porter, but typical.

POurs a nice dark color from the glass with a nice tan head that fades to a thin whispy head in a few minutes. Bland smell, the slightest hint of chocolate after tasting. I didnít find this to be as impressive as some of the other beers I have been drinking as of late. Good taste overall, I would pick this over some other beers.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Small diminishing head, some cascading bubbles, very dark muddy beer. Very aromatic - roasted malts, coffee/chocalate. Something odd about the texture, kind of slick and oily. Flavor was dissapointing - starts of decent but does not last, virtually no ending.

Bottle. Pours dark amber, near black, with a foamy tan head. It has an aroma of roasted malt, tree bark, and a hint of caramel. The flavor is kind of bitter in a tannic way, then come some notes of roasted malt and cola. Ashy finish. Frankly, Iím a bit disappointed in this one, especially from a brewery that makes so many good beers. Overrated.
