3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12oz bottle pours a slightly hazy straw gold with some lacing white head. Nose is grass, hay, cracker, lemon candy. Flavor is OK, a little trashy, some grass, some straw, a little lemon, some bread. Medium, dry, lightly bitter finish.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This pours a hazy bronze-golden color with an off-white head that leaves some scattered lacing. This smells a bit floral, with wheat and citrus. Springy flavors of earth, wheat, and bitter citrus rind. Dry, spicy, finish. Canít say thereís a ton of rye but some shows in the back end of this. This packs more of a punch (in a good way) than the aroma suggests. Not making the comparison, but you can see the Two Hearted influence. It seems like a cross between an IPA and American Wheat. Regardless, this is quite good and refreshing. I now regret only grabbing one 12 ounce single.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12oz. bottle. Aroma of citric hop, pale, grainy malt and spicy, earthy rye, with notes of grapefruit, biscuit and faint pine. Light-medium hazy golden color (as advertised), with a billowing, fluffy head that lasts and gobs of thick lacing. Flavor profile is bitter, hoppy, spicy and grainy, with plenty of citrus and resin character throughout, finishing very dry and with a fairly simple grainy malt profile, apart from the rye overtones, not much sweetness or yeast fruitiness here to provide balance. Highly effervescent and sharp on the palate, dry and almost airy in feel with a light-medium body. Knowing that this is an early Bellís recipe is not much of a surprise as their other offerings tend to be a bit more well-rounded. Six bottles of this may be too much.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Impressive hop bitterness in both aroma and flavor. Lots of citrus, bread and yeast. Definitely feels like a cross between a wheat and an IPA, but the wheat isnít overpowering. Very refreshing warm weather beer.

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A nice brew. Has a nice body and a nice citrus note blended in with it. A nice clean finish with a hint of rye at the end.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Came a bright gold yellow with thin snow white head. Wheat and hop note aromas. This is one of the simplest beers from Bellís I have ever drank; whether that is good or bad is relative. Smooth easy drinking with refreshing citrus notes but little to no rye hints. Great summer beer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Awesome malty and hoppy aromas. The earthy character from the rye is balanced by the floral and citrus notes of the hops. Really well-balanced.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A darker appearance than Iíd expected. The citrus, floral, and rye flavors are fairly prominent. Very nicely balanced and drinkable.
