4.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle. Pours like used motor oil...a brown head appeared and quickly fled the scene. Inky black in color, with a faint amber glow around the edges.
Aromas are of faint earthiness, and choco-coffee ice-cream. Flavor is fantastic...with an exceptionally complex yet smooth palate. Sweet, but not too malty, chocolate and coffee flavors. Nice bubbly bite, but finished smooth and creamy.
Thank you, Bell’s...once again.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
1. Look - A black beer with a small tan head. 2. Sniff - It has a big roasted chocolate aroma. 3. Sip - This full bodied stout is very smooth, swet, and creamy. 4. Another Look - This is a good looking stout with above average lacing. 5. Evaluate - Overall, this is a very enjoyable stout. It has a sweet creamy taste with a mild dry finish. I would absolutely recommend to my family, freinds, and especially those who only drink Guinness.

1.7 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Aroma is about as good as the dog kennel of a humane society. Looks decent... tastes like roasted burnt chocolate with a hint of feet. Smooth on the palate.... but bitter finish. I don’t like stouts. ’Nuff said.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours an almost black color. Very nice looking in the glass. Very little head. Aroma is bittersweet bakers chocolate with roast and caramel following. This beer goes down so nice. Very velvety and smooth. Flavor is dominated by sweet roast and caramel. Very little bitterness and no alcohol present. I really enjoy this beer.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz, batch 7733. Pours black, with a tan head. Aroma of malts, dark chocolate, and a roastiness. The nose is nice, but fairly faint. Flavor is overall very roasted, with a sweetness that appears after the roastiness recedes. Coffee, chocolate, and the roasted malts are the predominate flavors. Mouthfeel is very smooth, with a moderate body.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This beer pours black with little head to speak of. The aromas are chocolate with some hints of coffee...almost a burnt syrup aroma. The flavor is very smooth with big hits of chocolate. There are some definite coffee and caramel flavors. The coffee flavor is the one that seems to linger the longest. The body is medium-heavy with medium carbonation. This is a good sweet stout!
