I'm liking this better than HopSlam. Has big hops aroma and taste. Has a dry and biting finish. I can dig it.

bottle. hard to believe iíve never rated this as Iíve had it fresher than this bottle. I wish i had logged it when it was fresh but this is old and it is reflected in the score.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours to a glowing golden body with a white head. A juicy hop and malt excites the nose. Fruity hops. The flavor is malty and bitter. Hops are bitter and oily.

Orange golden color with decent lacing poured from a tap. Tastes of citrus with hops. Solid ipa.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cloudy yellow orange, white lacing. Resin and candied citrus rind on the nose. Full-bodied, well-balanced palate, with the resin feel definitely coming through in the flavor. Very delicious IPA even for the price.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A: Pours a rustic orange ale with a transient white, short head. This falls to a broken sheet of the same leaving cobweb lacing. Excellent clarity.
S: Oats, onion, sage, citric rinds and musk. A strong, sweet malt backbone tells me that this beer would actually benefit like a mutha from a year in the cella! Take that naysayers.
T: Bitter with a tea like follow through and enough early hops to put the malts in check and helps make this a really hearty beer. Far reaching on the back end is a crystal malt and some really nice spiciness.
M: Medium on heavy body with moderate card come together and give this a silky feel. Dry finish.
O: this is a very atypical take on the style for the East Coast IMO. The beer is spicy, earthy and complex. It reminds me of the difference between a WA Cab Franc and a French Cab Franc, the mineralic and seemingly inorganic profile is acquired, but welcomed in my home. I really wish I had an herbed and roasted chicken and mashed potatoes and some peas with pearl onions to go with this beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
It poured a cloudy orange color with a small white head. The aroma was of pine, orange, flowers, lemon and some grapefruit. The taste was of resin, pine, grapefruit, some flower, lemon, a little alcohol and some maltiness in the backbone with some sweetness as well. The body was medium and the carbonation was medium low. Very good!

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
The Oracle pours a lovely light orange color with a nearly white head that lasts for a whole and leaves excellent lacing. The aroma is floral hops galore. Floral hops dominate the flavor with a touch of molasses that is hidden in the background. Overall this is a delicious beer!
