Light red. Lightly sour with brett yeast, in both the aroma and the flavor. A hint of barnyard. Finishes light and effervescent, with flowers. A nice beer, refreshing.

Draft at ITAP Soulard during a StL Craft Beer Week tap take over. Call this brown for lack of anything better. A beige head. This is a very drinkable sour. It brings funk, but it is moderate at best. Wood, bugs, bark, cherries and more dark fruit. Really nicely understated. Malts are pleasant. Berries and plums. Nice complexity. I like this. It does not eat your face off but it is a very enjoyable beer.

Draft. Vinegar, yeast, cherry, malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy orange-brown with small head. Initially a sour vinegar flavor followed by sweet cherry, malt, and straw flavor. Yeast aftertaste. Very nice.

Bottle - Light cherry and balsamic tartness. Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Nice light tartness, cherry and a nice finish. Well done.

Bottle, shared at RBAG 2015 by Kevin, bottle 714 of 826. Burnt orange colour, sour cherries and funk, with a bit of metal on the nose that doesn’t translate to the palate thankfully. Sour fruits, light toffee malts, yoghurty sourness. Closest in style to a Flemish sour brown.

#27 for July 4th... on draft at House for Beer in Port Orange, poured an amber red color with aromas of light vinegar, wet wood, dark fruit and some light musk. Flavors are tart vinegar with some dark fruit, stings the jaw a little.

Distinct sourness on the nose. Woodiness. Some astringency in the finish. Not really as sour in the taste as the aroma would suggest.
