3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at Tin Bucket
A: Opaque red color with a drifting creme colored head and good lacing.
N: Cherry, vinegar, green olive, lemon rind, some funk, more olive, hint of oak, soap and a touch of diacetyl.
T: Tart and more than a bit sweet.
M: Medium, oily body, crisp prickly carbonation.
O: Mediocre sour. The body is off, and Iím not a huge fan of all the olive, intermingled with a few brewing flaws. Fortunately, itís not an acetone/vinegar bomb, either.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Look - Red tint to a brown body. Light tan head and lacing is very strong.
Smell - Sour. Sweet brown sugar.
Taste - Very sour but drinkable. Malty. Bubblegum, strawberry, and lemon.
Feel - Medium bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall - Itís a sour you have to try. Not the way I went, but a good cider to beer transition beverage.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a murky amber/brown with a nice white head. The aroma is filled with citrus fruit, sour apple, blackberries, and red wine grape skins. On the palate, the sour hit is significant, but it fades quickly enough to make the beer feel very refreshing. There is also a touch of sweetness on the finish to clean things up. Almost feels like an imperial berlinner weise (which I know doesnít make any sense) in that it is tart, but super drinkable. Very nice.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft at Ei8ht Ball (though Iíve had this many times). Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, caramel, tart cherries and berries, oak, some red wine, some acidity, a splash of apple vinegar, nice malty sour balance, solid enough to do again.
