COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

Tap at hopkins tavern. Light Copper with white head. Good lacing. Smells very piney. Dry hops from the outset. Medium high body. Hoppy bitterness lasts. Despite the bitterness, better to drink than I remembered. It’s ok , maybe a bit overplayed, but decent.

Tap in a pint glass at Hopkins Tavern. Surprisingly decent lacing for this one. Orange, maybe coppery and a mild head. Hoppy with a bunch of pine notes in the aroma. Obviously had this before but I forgot how much it leans/depends on hops. Crisp and refreshing. An enjoyable IPA albeit not an overwhelmingly good one. I’m half heartedly recommending this one.

Poured from a bottle. Dying of thirst and very hot when I consumed it, but it was delicious. Sudsy 1 finger head, cloudy amber appearance, light citrus aroma, smooth going down.

Very well balanced beer. Not over powering. Just the right hoppiness. 12 ounce bottle into snifter.

Bouteille 355ml. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen, huileuse.

Poured from a 12oz bottle dated 3/18/2104. About 100 days old. Aroma - definite hop present there. APPEARANCE - hazy orange with a half finger of head that dissipates over time. Taste - just a solid beer. Very smooth and easy drinking. Palate - very easy drinking beer. Great palate feel. Overall. - great beer, have had it a few times but never reviewed it.

Bottle in a pint glass. Pours cloudy yellow-orange color with a thick white head. Aroma of grapefruit. Nice hoppy bitterness with hints of grapefruit flavor. The hoppy bitterness is not overpowering and well balanced by a little sweetness. Really clean on the palate. Love this beer and it is always my go to IPA.

Very bitter, heavy hopped beer. Great smell and amber color. A little too bitter for me, but great for hop beer drinkers.

Tall boy can poured into a blue squared bottom Solo cup. It’s orange and cloudy going in, very stiff taste initially, but the sweetness calms the palate quite nicely and the beers go down like water (with an aftertaste of good beer). Lots of delicious foam maybe more in the can. Extra point for being at 7% Extra point for being in a can and extra point for tall boy. The 4 pack is perfect for a good buzz, but since I bought 2 I drank a 5th beer and was hungover. Use your own discretion depending on what kind of alcoholic you are & what you have to do the next day, but however much you decide to buy you will enjoy 100% of it.

16 oz can, about a month old. Crisp thick golden pour with lots of delicious looking white head. Aroma, lemon citrus, pine, and floral hops. Taste, crisp fizzy carbonation, mild bitterness, nice mouthfeel, some grass/floral mixed in with some resinous hops, finishes with some mild citrus sweetness, a lot more going here than the aroma would suggest. Overall, this a really really solid IPA, its not big but its big enough, freakishly crushable stuff I’d happily drink this anytime.
