India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

Great color on the pour, fantastic. Not a bitter taste at all, but i still know Im drinking some hops. Very floary, and a tad bit citrusy. Love it.

Poured into pint glass, a very nice slighlty cloudy orange hue. Smallish head; very sticky lacing. Very pleasant aroma of citrus hops. You could almost just smell this beer. Excellent balance of citrus and hops flavor. Just bitter enough, but not enough to pucker your mouth. Predominantly orange flavors with some grapefruit in the mix. Finish is dry and clean. Exceptional drinkability. My favorite 60 minute IPA so far.

UPDATED: JUN 21, 2007 Now this is what am IPA should be like. This thing is the best example of an IPA that I have had to date. Pours out a deep golden yellow color with a nice white head. Aroma is very floral and very hoppy. the taste is hoppy with a nice clean citrus finish. Superb beer!

From a twelve ouce bottle purchased at "Kellerís IGA "in Cincinnati, Ohio - This one poured a cloudy, golden brew with a tall white head and hoppy, piney aroma, Tastewise, this is a great beer, with the hops and malt in perfect balance.

Simply put one of the best beers of any type Iíve ever had. Had a nice creamy head sitting on top of a brilliant cloudy beer. The taste and smell both yelled out hops! One of those beers a hophead would be more than happy to get ahold of, yet also has enough balance to even things out abit for something who is not a huge fan of hops. Bellís continues to impress

Pours a hazy dirty-blonde with copper head. Aroma has the distinct hoppiness of most IPAs. Flavor is extremely well balanced and smooth. The hops is evident but not overpowering and finish is a bit bitter as expected but not extremely dry. Bellís just puts out consistent high-quality brews. This is another perfect example.

12 oz bottle smuggled across the Iowa border into the illegal lands of Chicago. Wow I miss this beer. Pours orange in color with a tall beige head. Nice aroma of grapefruit, lots of it and tangerine, with a little citrus and pine. That is a wonderful nose. Grapefruit, tangerine, carmel, citrus flavors, abundant and delicious. The malt is balanced really well with that biting hop. I can drink a lot of this one.

True cask conditioned ale from firkin and poured from English pump engine. I have had this in a bottle and other than appearance there is not much comparison. I would rate the bottle a 3.9, maybe 4. I think the 4.3 I have for this is a little conservative. Clear, golden color with small lasting head. Aroma is pretty much as advertised floral hops and citrus. I think the mouthfeel strikes me as much as the flavor. Smooth and creamy going down. Hops? Yes, you could say that. I originally thought maybe oranges, but because of the bitterness, probably more grapefruit. Well balanced. I will be back tomorrow for another.

Spicy aroma with a clouded golden orange color and a long lasting head. Strong hop taste that for me is right on par with DFH.
