COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

A totally solid IPA. My not be my favourite ever - but would say it is to IPA what Sierra Nevada is to pale ale. The bar has been set high. Pours a hazy orange color with a decent one finger cream head with staying power. Taste is nicely balanced- citrus, malty, floral, sweet, grapefruit, hint of grass (the good kind). Finishes dry- perhaps a bit more than I would expect. Sort of leaves a puckery feeling after each sip. But, it is an IPA, after all. Well balanced and solid. Not 100 in my book, but if it ain’t broke.......

12 oz. bottle poured into tulip glass. Pours a hazy copper color with a very tall head that has great retention and leaves behind plenty of lacing. Smell is very strong of grapefruit and pine, an explosion of hops in the foreground with sweet caramel malt in the background. Taste is sweet and biscuity, balanced with plenty of dry floral hops which all comes together for a bittersweet finish. Mouthfeel is smooth and crisp, even a bit soft and creamy. Overall, an excellent IPA that is on the medium side in terms of hop intensity, always a welcome addition to the fridge.

This is a great IPA. On the mild side for an IPA, but it's smoothness makes this a beer that I always keep in stock. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This is a perfect IPA. There’s not much that needs to be said about it. It has everything. Nice citrusy pine aroma, lots of sweet malt balance. Just a perfectly balanced beer. This is one of the best IPA’s ever. This beer just does everything right and nothing is off-putting or weird. It is literally the perfect beer. Cheers. Drink this now.

Draft. Pours murky orange with thin white head that lingers. Lemon aroma over mild carbonation. Some mild complexity in this ipa. Grass flavors with a hint of sweetness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

fresh can. pours hazy bright golden orange with a creamy off-white head, good retention and creamy lacing. bright fruitiness - peaches, fresh apricots and mangoes - juicy, citrus, soft pine, lightly toasted maltiness, bready if not doughy spiciness. moderately low carbonation, light body - oily, assertive and balanced spicy-piney-citrusy finish. very good!

Well, I had much higher expectations for this one...can't hide that I'm disappointed. Quite oily, not very hoppy, finish is less than awesome. Hmmmm, like others have said, maybe this is best served on tap. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Had at Taps in Atlanta, Ga. Not much in the nose. Faint hop and malt aroma. Super tropical hop flavor. Clear straw color. Medium mouthfeel. Well balanced. Finishes clean. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
