India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2012 On tap at a bar in Pittsburgh. Orange colored, hazy, with a small ring of off white head. Floral aroma with some slight citrus. Pine and floral notes on each sip with a classic, bitter hoppy finish that you would expect from an IPA Incredible!

Two Hearted Ale - Bell's Brewery American IPA 7% ABV 55 IBU APPEARANCE: Pours a hazy slightly cloudy golden straw color. Big huge billowy head that dissipated rather quickly leaving some great lacing patterns. AROMA: The nose was a bit subdued. Floral notes, summertime dandelions and soft grass. Nice & mellow citrus and pine hops. TASTE: I get grain and sweet malts up front. Nice citrus wave crashes and releases some grapefruit and tropical fruits. Slight bitterness on the end. MOUTHFEEL: Light and crisp with medium body and medium prickly carbonation. Dry snappy finish. OVERALL: Very solid brew. I think of it as a gateway into IPA's. Not a lot of that bitterness that I'm used to but still really enjoyable. RATING: 4/5 Zombie Heads! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a 16oz can into a Duvel tulip glass. Packaged date reads "7/13/2015." Aroma - Sweet, bright citrus (clementine, semi-ripe orange). Faintly floral. Earth Appearance - Deep orange-yellow (light amber?). Creamy, white head. Thick lacing rims the top of the glass. Taste - Sweet, citrusy hops give-way to earthy, resiny hops. Citrus fruit rind also present. Hops, hops, hops. Orange and hop resin flavors linger on the pallet. Palate - Medium bodied, oily/ resiny at times. Dry finish. Overall - I short changed this beer when I originally had it. Though the tall boy can is inviting, a glass is much more befitting. Let it breath. There’s too much citrus not to!

This is a GREAT beer for an IPA lover (or almost anyone for that matter). The only thing I slightly didn't like was the lighter color. This beer pours great, tastes great, leaves a nice head that coats the glass, and keeps you coming back for more.

21st birthday present from Crosling. There will be a few of these. Thanks, bro. Delicious orange color with a slowly dissolving, fluffly white head. Subdued, hoppy floral aroma. Not quite as strong in aroma as I would have liked. Perfectly balanced hops; they are prominent without being overly bitter. Probably one of the best straight IPA’s out there. Medium bodied, lovely on the palate. I only wish I had more...

Bottle. Pours hazy golden. Great floral aroma. The hops are what this beer is all about, you can taste the hops all the way through. Finishes very clean. At 7% alcohol, this beer is rounded out. One of the finest IPA’s I’ve had.

A cloudy amber color with a lacey white head. Full flavor with a floral hop taste which is light enough for people just getting started on IPA’s but enough for those who love IPA’s. The alcohol is completely masked in this beer so drink it slow.
