COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

A very strong beer from Bellís. One of my favorites of this style. Iím fortunate to live near Chicago and have it readily available. If you are in the area it is a must try.

Iíve never had a Bellís I didnít like, except the Oarsman, which was still okay, so lets see: -Pours light amber dark yellow traditional pils color with a two finger white head that does not seem to be going anywhere. Lacing sticks around throughout. Aroma is citrus hops and flower bouquet with a faint fishy something going on. Medium in the mouth with a heavy strange floral hop, unique kind of IPA approach. Atypical in the fact that itís hitting you with some hop that is not common, and reminds me of tangy fruit like grapefruit but not, a flowery feel like the tang of a dandelion stem, but not. Hard to peg. Flowers and fruit. Little oily in the finish, resolving to hops on the tip and alcohol in the back. I like it. I like Bellís. Bravo, good sirs.

Wow, one of the best IPAís Iíve had in a long time. Will definitely be picking more of this up. hoppy with a very mild bitterness, some citrus, big taste but easy going down. A very smooth easy to drink IPA.

Standard head with minimum lacing. Tropical fruit hop nose. Very balanced malt and hops, immensely drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Well put together IPA. Not overly bitter and a great aroma. I prefer the draft over the bottles, it's seems to promote the hops a little better. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bellsí Two Hearted Ale is a great beer. With Hopslam being a front runner for Bells in the IPA world, this offers a less sweet but still just a hoppy option. It pours to a beautiful golden orange color and has a very crisp hoppy flavor. I think it is similar to Pliny the Elder, in many ways, while Pliny still edges ahead.

Citrus hop flavor with a decent mouth feel for an IPA. I think the first sip is the best with this beer.

Nice hoppy taste with caramel malty base. Soft orange appearance. Fruity aroma. Overall an enjoyable ale.
