Bellsí Two Hearted Ale is a great beer. With Hopslam being a front runner for Bells in the IPA world, this offers a less sweet but still just a hoppy option. It pours to a beautiful golden orange color and has a very crisp hoppy flavor. I think it is similar to Pliny the Elder, in many ways, while Pliny still edges ahead.

Citrus hop flavor with a decent mouth feel for an IPA. I think the first sip is the best with this beer.

I usually donít get into IPAs like others I know, but this one is an exception. You donít have to get ready for this brew - know what I mean? It pours easy and drinks easy. Not too watery and a fine aftertaste. The beer is crisp and the citrus aspects are tough to ignore. A fine brew.

Tap and bottle. Looks like a murky lake with the sunn shining on it. Tastes like a mixture between a flower and fruit garden. Though itís been said already, itís a very well balanced beer that goes down smooth with a strong grapefruit aftertaste.

Simply put one of the best beers of any type Iíve ever had.
Had a nice creamy head sitting on top of a brilliant cloudy beer. The taste and smell both yelled out hops!
One of those beers a hophead would be more than happy to get ahold of, yet also has enough balance to even things out abit for something who is not a huge fan of hops. Bellís continues to impress

Pours smooth with a light 1/2 inch head. Lovely floral and grapefruit aroma. Full hoppy flavor with very little taste of alcohol. Simply one of the finest IPAs Iíve found.

Pours out with a golden orange color and small frothy white head. Amazing sent of hops and slight citrus notes as well. Taste is amazing. Huge amounts of hoppy flavoring, yet very drinkable. Finishes clean with a nice lasting hoppy aftertastes.

Have had from tap and bottle. This review is after pouring from a bottle into a pint glass. I really enjoy this beer! Tough to decide whether I enjoy this or Dark Horseís Crooked Tree more. Itís neck and neck. Aroma is wonderful, very fruity and hoppy. Appearance is dark yellow/copper, and not quite as cloudy as you might expect; my fingers are clearly visible on the other side of the glass. Only other complaint is that itís a little bit more carbonated than Iíd like. But Iím picking nits. It is full of flavor and quite refreshing. I find myself coming back to this beer again and again!

Wow- that is about all I can say. Love the floral and citrus on the very first smell and taste. Has to be one of the best beers ever created. I wish the hop character was a but rounder or thoughout the the entire taste but mad, is this amazing.
