On tap at the 2005 Great Taste of the Midwest: Pours a hazy cloudy golden with a thin white head. Aroma is dry, grassy, lightly malty and complex. Body starts with a nice Belgian malty sweetness, a touch of coriander and light citrus, with a full-bodied, nicely hopped finish. An interesting and nicely balanced brew.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the Eccentric Cafe. Well, I was hoping this was Larry and Wendy’s Wedding Ale, but, alas, it’s another summer wheat beer with an all-too similar name. Cloudy peachy orange body, thin off-white head. Sweet nectary aroma. Alcohol was evident in the body, which was otherwise sweet and fruity with a floral quality. Crisp. Because of the high ABV I prefer to call this the "Wedding Crashers" Ale. Decent, but not anything special. It’s a case of the brewers vs. the wheat beer loving masses this summer, and the wheat has won once again.
