cbkschubert (1945), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA Jun 14, 2006 via trade with OhioDad - Pours a hazy golden color with no real head to speak off. Has a spicey Belgium yeast aroma. Flavor is spicey with a little sweetness to go along with it. Medium body. I wouldn’t consider this an American wheat. More like a dark Wit. No biggie. Still tastes pretty good. Thanks Scott. LilKem (1210), Marietta, Ohio, USA Jun 10, 2006 A very good american wheat. bubblegum and wheat and clove, lemon, and banana on the nose. cloudy orange-y copper appearance. ginger, spice, bubblegum, wheat, lemon, clove and lots of malt. i like it. can’t wait to try the others. Lumpy (1802), Carrollton, Texas, USA Jun 9, 2006 Bottle. Banana, clove, leather, juicy fruit gum, good hit of spicy yeast, good prickly carbonation, and lotion. Tastes like a mild hefe and wit. Probably the best of the series. hair-old (134), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA Jun 6, 2006 My wife agrees, pickle juice, hope 4 and 6

a wheat beer. argo0 (6861), Washington DC, USA Jun 6, 2006 (12oz bottle) Small off-white head atop a cloudy amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, bubblegum, some coriander, light blackberry. Taste is medium sweet, coriander, bubblegum, some banana, lemon. Light-medium body with some acidity. stoutchap (297), Chicago, Illinois, USA Jun 6, 2006 Light tangy and yeast nose, pleasant. Clear golden color - not sure where everyone else is getting the haze from. Thin whit head that dissappears quickly. Fizzy and light on the tongue. Honey, and sourdough. Refreshing cold. A little weak as it warms.
MrRomero (1934), Nolanville, Texas, USA Jun 3, 2006 12 oz bottle: poured clear light orange with a very thin head. Pouring the remaining beer into my glass turns this clear beer into a cloudy sediment-laden one. Moderate malt aroma and some yeast. A little fruit. Flavor is fairly yeasty with some fruit. No noticeable banana to me but some citrus. A bit earthy. Probably the best of this series for me. Saarlander (1577), Saarlouis, Germany May 29, 2006 Bottle, thanks to MarkR. Golden, hazy color, not too much banana flavor to this one, more of a sour earth flavor, yeasty. Nice brew overall, more of a wit to me, good beer.
