Pours fuzzy yellow small white head. Smell is lemonish. Taste is refreshing, citrussy ( lemon) bit sweet. Some tiny sourness. Bit high carbo ( guess its the style) . Rather thin mouthfeel. Very crispy though. Nice

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draft sampled from tap at work earlier (slow day so I figured it made sense). Hazy, pale gold, nice head with decent retention and lacing. Nose is mild banana, biscuit, clove and bread dough. Mouth is unremarkable, mildly bready, some of the other things from the nose (just finished a 11.5% shitty Quad from Clown Shoes, so I donít remember what the hell I just typed... and Iím too lazy to stop and read it). Anyways, this was pretty weak... and I like Bells so this isnít a typical brew from them. Iím mainly blaming the blizzard for ruining my mood... and that dick-bag Tom Brady (who just tied two real QBs in Super Bowl wins -- back when QBs were actually manly men who didnít need rules to protect their fairy ass).

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Picked up a 6 pack on Christmas Eve to drink while opening some gifts. A yeast aroma with a light golden hue. Typical wheat flavor with a hint of clover. I have tried a few beers from this highly respected brewery, and I have to say I have not been overly impressed. I find this to be another rather average offering. Not bad, but not exceptional.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Somewhat cloudy gold beer with a thin bright white head that disappears quickly. Sour nose of orange peel, coriander, white pepper, and yeast. Flavor is bright with orange and lemon citrus flavors followed by some typical WIT spice of coriander and grains of paradise. This is then finished with a wisp of bitterness. Refreshing, drinkable beer, but what makes it a winter ale, I have no idea--better for summer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Thx for the bottle jsquire.
Appearance was cloudy yellowish gold with white tiny creamy diminishing 1/2 finger head, no lacing. Aromas are soft spicy yeast, fruits of orange, lemon, banana and lime. Wheat backbone with no alcohol. Taste are soft citrus fruits upfront, then gives way to cracker wheat middle. Corrinder spice with yeasty finish. Palate was soft CO2 with light body, then an average slightly drying length wheat and spicy yeasty finish. Overall a strong Witbier, just a touch to yeasty.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A slightly opaque yellow body with a white head that had minimal retention and some nice lacing. Some effervescence present. Aroma had a nice mix of dough, coriander, white pepper and a bit of lemon. Flavor had a nice citrus quality. More citrus then the aroma indicated. Spice profile was nice. Pepper notes blended well with the citrus. Carbonation seemed restrained. Which i found to be good. Smooth finish.

An average winter ale st best. Very belgium inspired and fruity. Very carbonated as well. Pours light orange with a white head. Smells like a belgium beer. Had at city winery.
