3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Yellow in color with little to no head. Cloudy looking. Listed on the board at the brewery as 5.8%, but I smelled or tasted no alchohal. Aroma of cloves and spice, which one I couldn't nail down. I didn't taste the bananna as others have. Mouthfeel was quite full and bready, with a smooth finish. This beer was very good and worth another trip to the brewery (like I need an excuse). Reminded me of La Fin Du Monde minus the bananna and crisp alchohol bite.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Summits wayside tavern. Pours up a light cloudy orange color. Good alternative to some of the heavier seasonal fare. Nice hints of bright fruit and wood esters. Well done very true to style.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Very cloudy pale orange pour with an inch of white head. Scents of strong belgian yeast, orange citrus/rind, cloves, sour rubbery malt (similar to their pale ale). Average to low carbonation, mostly clean finish. Taste matches the nose with the clove taste taking center stage. I appreciate this much more than I used to, good belgian taste.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap. Pint glass. A fairly typical wit in aroma, color, and flavor. Balance was good with good sweetness level, not too much, and yeast comes through well. Nothing special, a nice changeup to the rest of the winter beer out right now.
