Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a 1-finger fizzy head that was gone after a few seconds. Has some banana and clove among some other fruity spice. The flavor is mildly yeasty and spicy. Has a little bit of a fruity character with coriander and banana. Medium to thin body. I agree with the previous rating that it seems like it should be more of a summer ale.

Pours a very cloudy, bright yellow with a big puffy white head that dissipated gradually leaving little lacing. Smell is dominated by sweet aromas of wheat, lemons, oranges and bananas. Big spice aroma as well dominated by cloves and coriander. Taste is primarily the big sweet wheat up front with the fruits right behind. Lemony hops are also present. The mouthfeel is light and slick with heavy carbonation. This is a decent wit and very drinkable though not the most complex wit I’ve tasted.

Fairly simple, easy-drinking, likable, no obvious flaws. Lots of wheat, subtle spice and hops.

12oz. Bottle: Aroma is sweet and acidic. Smells of spices, oranges, and Belgian yeast. Poured yellow/orange/straw in color with a tiny white head that disappeared immediately. Cloudy. Opaque. Sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of spices, clove, pepper, cinnamon, citrus, and yeast. Medium body. Thin, watery texture. Average to lively carbonation. Dry, clove and spice finish.

Bottle courtesy of cbkschubert. Pours a milky opaque orange/yellow with zero head, sans for a little soap ring and some bubbles in the middle. Nose is spice, banana and Belgian yeast. Palate is much the same with some brown sugar mixed in. Medium mouth feel. Refreshing brew – thanks Craig!
