<b>Bottle</b>. Clear amber body. Aroma has a slight tartness to it, light yeast. Flavor has a dry tart, light sugar. Very drinkable. Nicely done.

Effervesance greets you at the pour. The first taste can offset you a little, lot of metabisulfite. After that it goes real nice with the flavor changing from dry and yeasty to aromatic and acidic as the bottle warms. Flavor and quality equal to that of the English producers I have sampled, dry and not at all sweet. Great to be drinking a product from a local producer.
