A strong Belgian saison spiced with cloves, tangerines and kaffir lime leaves. A well-balanced ale with a biscuity malt backbone, spicy aromatics and a subtle tartness.

Pours light orange with huge head and good lacing. Nose is spicy with some orange fruit and yeast. Aromas also include rye slices and a bit of earthy hop bitterness. Really neat take on style. Full body with lively carbonation.

Bottle [750ml] shared with GregClow, jerc & mabel -- c/o GregClow. Pours a hazy orange-copper with a large fluffy off-white and some lacing on the glass. Aroma and flavour are yeasty, fruity and herbal along with lots of cloves and nutmeg. Medium bodied. Fantastic, I loved the spiciness of it.

Bottle, pours bright golden colour, flavour was quite spicy, maybe a bit too much for my liking, it was enjoyable. The spice does become. A bit hidden as you drink more, it was enjoyable, I would like to try again

Pours a hazy copper with a big fluffy head that dissapears quicly that and a nice lacing. Aromas is fruity, spices like nutmeg and cardamome, coriander. Tasre has a nice fruitiness, honey, pepper, spices, very floral, alcohol is definiltly present. Big carconation here and fairly dry. Alcohol is a bit too much present for a saison IMO. Also the carbonation carries a lot of the alcohol esters so it makes it not as drinkable a lower ABV saison. Still enjoyable.

750ml bottle from the brewery, shared by distr0. hazy goldenwith awhite head. aroma of double mint gum. thick, sweet and spicey, very much like a big flavour wit beer, not even close to a saison.

750 ml bottle from brewery. Pours a modestly cloudy orange with large, lasting, slightly off-white head. Aroma is quite fruit (mostly tropical fruits) with fair amount of spice. Flavour is apple, pear, lime, some banana, lots of floral character and a big clove hit. Sweet but quite dry in the finish. Fine but lively carbonation. Medium to full body. Interesting.

750 mL. Pours a cloudy orange tinged iced tea, with a massive white head. Sour aroma, lots of spicy clove and ginger, mandarin orange, lime, yeast and biscuit. High carbonation and a smooth effervescent mouth feel. Complex and tasty, a great beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewpub. Pours dark and semi-cloudy. Good spice aroma. Taste has a very mild bitter to it that makes it different than a typical winter/Christmas spiced ale.

A heavyweight Saison you could lay down a bomber or two of, mine was on draught. Fuzzy orange look with creamy white head, aromas of vanilla, spice and fruit. Deep round flavors of rooty spices nd himts of candy lemon and vanilla. Apricots, apple butter and prunes. Creamy palate, late bitterness seems to be from hops and herbal spices. Only a hint candy-ish and never too heavy.

Very strong, tasty beer. Pours clody orange with creamy head, good lacing. Smells like ginger and cloves - great saison for winter. Aroma has floral hops and alcohol as well. Taste is tangy with some bitterness. Tap at brewpub.
