COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Piloted three ways from Dec 2013 to Oct 2014 prior to taking its final form in Dec 2014. A pale/blonde DIPA brewed to be juicy, aromatic and highly drinkable.

Clear copper pour with a nice frothy white head. Citrus grapefruit hop aroma. Very refreshing. Nice malty hop flavour. Earthy pine forest. Lovely stuff.

12oz draught at the brewpub. Pours a hazy golden amber, virtually bubble free, with a thin white head that leaves a little lacing around the rim. Aroma is that of ripe tropical fruits, particularly papaya, almost so strong as to give a sweaty socks character - very clean hop character though. Taste is very light on the malt side of things, followed by juicy, juicy hops. Big but balanced hop flavour, with a light menthol character. Body is slightly thin for the strength, with lightly bubbly carbonation and lingering fruity bitterness. All round a decent DIPA, but no world beater at the same time.

Great beer! Great for the style. Easy drinking and went pretty well with salsa if I must say.

Aroma of orange, herbs, and mildly roasted malt. Clear amber colour. Slightly sweet front with citrus flavours and mild bitter finish. Full bodied with lively carbonation. Quite a tasty brew.

Poured from the tap. Golden orange with off white head. Tropical hops with slight funk, sweet biscuity malt, dry resinous finish. Light-medium body.

500 mL bottle at the Ashburnham Ale House. Nice colour but not much head. Peach and/or mango in the nose and mouth. Sweetness balances the bitterness a bit too much. Lots of flavour hops and cramel. Average offering for these guys.

Very drinkable dipa. Bready malt backbone, but not too sweet. Just enough to balance the bitterness. Lots of hop aroma and flavour but well contained bitterness leaves you coming back for more. Well done.

Deliciously juicy with aromas of peach, orange and mango. Tasty bready malts. Really easy drinking for a Double IPA

Bottle from brewery. Amazing peach aroma. Taste is very well-balanced. Sweet peachy fruity, with a bitter finish. Incredible.

Tasted on 1/26/15 from a capped 500mL bottle sent to me by Jake, huge thanks. Pours lightly hazy dark orange with a thick, smooth beige head that slowly recedes to average, rocky lace. The nose is floral, juicy, and lightly dank resinous hops, with some orange peel, and nice caramel and bread malt. The flavor is nice, balanced biter with dank orange peel, almost a touch of anise, floral, juicy hops, with the same caramel bread malt from the nose, and even a bit of black peppercorn. The body is nearly full with lively, stinging carbonation, and a long nicely herbal bitter, and floral hops finish with a touch of warming heat. This is one of those situations where this beer is exactly what I need right now.
