Catty hops, some onion notes, hint of pine. Nice but not my type of hops. Nice golden color, long lasting white head and streaming bubbles. Looks beautiful. Upfront get some nice tropical fruit characteristic mixed with pine, finish get some astringency, bitterness and pine and a bit of sweet malt. Bitterness builds as it drinks. Light bodied, above average carbonation. Not my type of hops, but still a well made beer.

Bottle, shared with Jerc, Mabel, and Colin ! Dark yellow, small foamy head . Whole lotta piney spicy hops. Lots of fruit too . Strong sweet taste, some booze, lots of juicy hops. Long boozy bitter linger. Body is slightly foamy . Pretty good .

at the brewery then in a bottle at home. In the bottle it is more pungent and weed like in terms of hops. On the palate it drinks like an IPA and sports a leafy bitter green hoppy flavour. The alcohol in this one is well hidden. Decent stuff.

Nice effort. Nose is cat piss and some body odor. Notes of flowers, some citrus fruit, lots of resin bitterness. Taste is light sweet and medium/heavy bitter. Body is reasonably light with lively carbonation and a very dry fjnish.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear amber, not much head. Aroma is pearl onion, garlic, pine, hop petrol. Flavour is onion, pine, hop petrol. Good with pizza at a gas station... I’ve never been a fan of Summit.

Floral aroma with notes of hops and citrus. Clear light gold colour. Slight sweetness with mild bitterness. Slight thickness with mild carbonation. Quite a tasty beer without the overpowering bitterness that comes with some IPAs.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from the brewery. Pungent, catty aroma, winey, and acidic. Seems like sauvin was a main hop in this one. Nice balance between the hops and the cereals. The alcohol is well hidden, the beer is refreshing and deceivingly light. Nice ipa.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught pint at Bar Hop. Slightly hazy gold, smallish lasting off-white head. Aroma is catty, floral with a bit of honey and alcohol. Taste follows, less sweetness- terrific balance. Average body, quite astringent, decent carbonation and a long dry increasingly catty/pungent finish. Terrific - I had two.
