500 ml bottle @ Town Ottawa. Pours a straw yellow, light haze, plenty of effervescent bubbles, medium size but short lived white head. Aromas are reminiscent of a German wheat beer (light banana/clove) Tastes are also banana/clove but there's also grass/hay and a moderately bitter bite. Strong carbonation, lively on the tongue, and a medium bitter finish. Hides the 7% abv well. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

500 mL bottle from the brewery via my bro, shared. Clear golden with a large, frail white head. Pungent, spicy citrus, smells a little funky, though it is not supposed to have any Brett. Medium-ish body with very lively carbonation. Similar to the nose with plenty of citrus, peppery phenols, a touch funky, ginger-like; dry with some bitterness and a nice spicy citrus finish. Nice stuff.

500mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, citrus fruity esters, and rustic notes. Flavour brings out traditional rustic farmhouse notes, fruity esters, a little banana, a little clove, and some funk. Really solidly made saison, with just the right balance of notes. Excellent stuff.

Bomber from the source. Pours a clear amber and is super active, fluffy white head, that leaves behind loads of lace. Smells spicy , crisp and clean. A little funk. Tastes spicy, coriander, white pepper. Decent.

Kinda sad this one doesnt have any brett, him and I are good friends. Ah well. Its a bottle from the brewery. Pours a hazy blonde with a big head (which kinda reminds me of this girl...), white fluffy head a couple of fingers with some pretty active carbonation going on inside that there glass. I suspect its the cloud floating on top of this thing, but Im not getting much smell off this, some bready malts, some Belgian yeast. Taste lighter, with some apricots, wheat, little sourness, kinda wishing that brett was in the mix. Overall a very drinkable beer, I would almost say this would be a good all-afternooner but at 7% you might be hard pressed to really session this fella.

Bottle from the brewery.
Pours a hazy orange body with a massive and long-lasting white creamy head. Smells of citrus, banana and peppery spice. Quite dry and mildly spicy. Very drinkable. Probably preferred this over the earlier Brett version. 2014-04-25

My Bottom Line:
This authentic Saisons delicate guava and banana fruitiness works within dryish hay and spicy hops for an airy, thought-provoking example.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A tower of foam slowly collapses into the cloudy yellow.
-Flavor profile is a bit more revealing than the aroma.
-This is much more carbonated than their other Belgian styles which I tried on tap. Another good reason to try their bottles AND their tap beers. ;)
-This just gets better and better with every sip. A farmhouse brew that drinks like a quencher, in other words, revealing subtleties slowly but surely. Beautiful.
-A citrusy splash garnishes the spicy hop nudge in the aftertaste.

Bottle.
