This porter pored a deep black colour with a big, beautiful tan coloured head. To the nose there are scents of caramel, cocoa, anis and molasses. First taste was creamy and somewhat sweet with flavours of caramel, light coffee, little cocoa and sweet dark malts. Finish is thick and sweet with burnt flavours lingering...

Pours a dark brown with beige head and little lacing. Aroma has some liht cocoa, hint of smoke, roastyness. Taste has some roasted malts, light smoke again with some woody tones, molasse and little cold coffee. Medium body and medium to low carb. A bit chewy. Enjoyable.

650ml bottle from brewery. Pours dark, dark brown with a mocha coloured head. The nose has molasses, coffee, dried fruit, alcohol, a smell that reminds me of raw pumpkin, and faint spice. Medium bodied, with moderate sweetness, the taste is dried fruit, molasses, light chocolate, alcohol, light raw pumpkin, mild spice, and big coffee notes in a bigger finish. I’ll buy this again for sure. Great stuff.

Very creamy/chocolately/milky nose, smells great. Black color, can’t see through this one, and a long lasting bubbly brown head. Taste mirrors the aroma quite closely, first sip is dark chocolate, finishes with sweet milky chocolate with a little bit of bitterness in the middle. A bit of alcohol and more sweetness as it warms. Very light bodied, which is the main downside of this one. Medium carbonation. Aftertaste is a bit too sweet for my liking. A good beer.

On tap at the brewery, served in a snifter. Pours black with a moderate tan head that remains and leaves a small amount of fine lace. On the nose there are notes of dark malts, chocolate and dark fruit with a hint of molasses. The flavour is quite sweet with chocolate, molasses, toffee and a touch of dark fruit. It finishes with a nice herbal, chocolatey, roasty malt finish. On the palate it is full in body with a creamy texture and soft carbonation. Overall this is a nice Baltic porter that borders on a stout. Subtle, creamy and malty, it is a beautiful sippable brew. 2013-03-06

Aroma candy sugar, molasses ,touch of plum. Fruity fairly sweet backing. 7+
Appearance poured dark brown with dark ruby light. Medium plus sized fine beaded cap.
Flavor and Palate : Prune, sweet with dark malts. Medium lighter carbonation. Hinted by plum , slightly earthy mineral cellar like in character. Feels lighter that Lagered Baltics of Poland. Solid strong porter just not Baltic.

650 ml bottle from brewery. Pours a murky very dark brown with orange edges and creamy, light brown head. Aroma of milk and dark chocolate, coffee and a whiff of licorice. Flavour is milky chocolate with some roasty cocoa and coffee notes and gentle licorice. Thick, creamyish mouthfeel; alcohol is really not apparent. Quite nice.
