Aroma: gentle bitter , honey with floral feel , hint of spic , fruity backing. 7+
Look: fine haze on gold , touch of amber. Nice plus sized creamy top. Rings on glass walls.
Taste/palate: medium bodied , chewy in texture. Slightly nutty mid , hint of spice , root. Leafy bitterness on sides. Softer finish. Touch of phenolic bubble gum. Very drinkable.

This monogamy series always surprises me in that the palate manages to be so full with just the one hops variety. Pours pale and clear. Nice initial head and good lacing. Aroma of light citrus. Taste is pretty much just lighlty bitter with a little sweet malt. Bitterness actually builds and stays with youu for long aftertaste. These hop highlights are nice because I can compare varieties closley. I think Bravo hops are my least favorite of the series so far. On tap at brewpub.

Pale yellow-gold with a little bit of yeast haze. The aroma has a bit of light apricot and stone fruit. A slightly sweet candied flavor (although the beer isn't sweet at all). Assertive bitterness with a touch of light fruitiness. Lean palate. Lovely brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
