Pine, hint of onion in the aroma. Very hazy yellow, with long lasting head. Taste is a bit surprising given the nose, the oniony flavors really come through here upfront, a bit of sweet malt and a bit of booze and a very dry finish with some mild hop bitterness. Not much in the way of tropical fruits here. A bit harsher and less refreshing than the other monogamys coming out of Bellwoods, but still quite interesting. Medium carbonation and light body.

500 mL bottle at Buster Rhinos in Oshawa. Gold, not much head. Everything about this beer is kinda soft and gentle. But damn tasty. Citrus: grapefruit with sugar, tangerine, orange peel. Similar to Amarillo, but with a little pimeapple added.

Great hop aroma right out of the bottle. Yellow colour, white head. Just enough bready backbone to hold up the hops and present them well. Very well done for what they are trying to do.

Draft at Bellwoods. Pours a nearly clear golden yellow with a one finger, white head that stick. Aroma has soft notes of citrus, pine, resin, bread, and grass. Taste is balanced. Bready biscuit with some herbal grass, citrus, pine, resin, and a slight hop spice. Medium body and carbonation. Mildly resiny in the mouth with a dry finish. Overall a really nice, easy drinking beer. Soft resin, pine, and citrus notes over top of a nice bready/biscuit/grass backbone.

500 mL bottle courtesy of Chris, served in a stem glass. Pours hazy straw with a small white head that fades to a thin cover and leaves trace lace. The nose has huge catty Simcoe with big pineapple, mango and softer resin and pale malts. The flavour is mildly sweet with honey, bread and pale malts, along with a subtle tropical fruity hoppiness. The finish is medium in length and softly hoppy with tropical fruit. On the palate it is light-medium in body with a dry texture and soft carbonation. Overall, a little disappointing but the nose is truly amazing. It would be nice to have a bit more body and attention to the malts, i.e. this would work better as an IPA. 2015-02-05

very pale golden pour with a thick white head. There is a very bright juicy citrusy hoppy aroma. Softly sweet malt with a little bit of wheaty spiciness. Mango and pine along with a touch of white pepper.

[5541-20130623] Bottle. Fresh citrus peel hops aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Bitter lemon orange peel hops flavour has a nice aftertaste. Medium body. Very easy to drink. (7/3+/8/4/15) 3.7

Bottle, shared at RBAG 2013. Hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Fresh guava hop character married to crackery malts. Clean and fruity, long bitter finish. Very good.

Tap, pours golden, aroma was a nice piney and so was taste, it was a bit faint of hopps for me, would have liked it to be a bit hoppy, had almost a creamy finish.
