Aroma is a little bit on the grassy side. Hazy amber in appearance. Quite a dry finish.

Bottle shared with and courtesy of Paul. Pours a light golden body with soft white lacing. Aroma is fresh hop and grass. Mouthfeel is medium to soft with notes of grassy hop, clean pale malt, light citrus fruits and grapefruit/orange pith.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy straw colour. Nose is mild hops, citrus. Taste has grassy/grainy malt with some citrus hops. Very tame but still satisfies. Not very exciting but that’s intentional I guess.

Bottle via trade with Duffman, thanks! Light hazy gold pour with generous frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, nice citrusy hops, light grassy notes, light bready malt, a touch of orange juice. Light piney bitterness, smooth easy flavor, lots of hop. Palate is quite light, very easy drinking, light carbonation. Tasty.

Nice smell malty and a bit of fruity hop. Slightly cloudy golden colour, white head. Light bodied and fairly light flavoured, some hop bitterness in the end, medium length finish with nicely developing malt. Good body to flavour ratio if you’re looking for a light one.

Floral hops with a hint of citrus on the nose. Quite light in body, it tastes of lemony citrus, biscuity malts and wildflowers. Easy drinking.

Pours hazy pale gold with a short off-white head diminishing gradually to a thin skim, good lacing. (3/5) Nose is doughy bread, grassy and floral hops, light citrus, very mild pale malt. (6/10) Taste is mild sweet, moderate bitter. (7/10) Medium body, moderate to low carbonation, off-dry bitter and slightly spicy finish. (4/5) Not my favourite Bellwoods, which isn’t to say there’s anything overtly wrong with it - because there isn’t - but they so excel at “real” brews that this “session” ale seems like a pale imposter (no pun intended). I’ll session Roman Candle, Boogie Monster, or Witchshark instead, thanks. (14/20)

January 2, 2015 - on draught at WVRST. Very clear and pale gold with a fizzy off-white head. Aroma and taste are very bitter - dry and floral - could use a touch more fruity malt and possibly some citrus or resin, but it’s pretty solid - a little gluey stickiness to the mouthfeel, but average all around, and nicely attenuated. Easy drinking, well made.
