COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is a blend of naturally soured versions of Validation Imperial IPA and Nevermind White IPA. These beers went through a regular primary fermentation, then an extended dry-hopped open fermentation; the result is a crisp, slightly sour brew with grapefruit and pineapple notes imparted by Mother Nature.

Bottle @ a recent tasting... Poured pale, golden with a thin head. Nice character on this one. But overall underwhelming. Mild acid, with bugs on some citrus hop characters. Infected IPA?

Bottled. Pours slightly hazy light orange. Short head that finishes as a thin film. Light citrus, yeast, and a touch of funk. Light sweet, light sour - pleasant flavor. Light body, solid carbonation, thin-oily texture, and a dry tart-grapefruit finish. Another excellent effort.
