Small white head, slightly powdery-veiled copper-orange. Too much coriander, soupy, hint at citrus for the nose. Too much coriander, faux-citrus for the taste. And it ends metallic. Bit aggressive mouthfeel, sourburn. Where’s the point in adding things as chestnut, if the coriander ruins it?

bottle, bought in Pistoia. Pale yellow, cloudy, large head. Yeasty and malty, slightly hoppy. Fruity touch, hoppy finnish. Interesting and good Hefeweizen.

[bottled] Nice golden and definitely hazy body, rich white head. Aroma is yeast and biscuit. Citric sourness balanced by a mellow roundness (the chestnuts?) makes for a very interesting variation on the hefeweizen theme. Vanilla notes, smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness, tarty finish. Body is medium. Loved it.

Bottled. Cloudy yellow, small creamy head. Aroma of vanilla and oranges . Sweet and soft, lightly bready. Fresh and very drinkable.
