Draft @ 13th Bistro Double IPA Festival, Hayward, CA. Pours a slightly hazy golden pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit aroma with piney hints. Fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter piney grapefruit finish.

Draft. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Light pine and light grapefruit aroma. Pine and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Pine and grapefruit lingers with light earthiness.

On tap at Bistro DIPA Fest poured a hazy gold with a lingering ring of ivory foam. Aromas of biscuit, lemon zest, earthiness andlight grapefrut. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, earthiness, lemon zest and light grapefruit with a smooth dry bitter lingering citrus finish.
