33cl bottle from Geers. Pours clear golden, textbook white head. Dense. Medium good carbonation. Spicy nose, pepper, but mainly yeast. Palate is balanced pleasant. Taste is also well balanced sweet/bitter. Technically this brew is very well performed, but it’s nothing special. Good that we can help mother nature (through Natuurpunt) by buying this :)

261111: Golden color with fine white head. Slightly fruity aroma. A little bland taste but with some good notes from the Belgian yeast.

Bottle 33 cl from Willems - Grobbendonk (B). Golden blonde with white foam forming laces. Fruity and floral nose, appetizing, hint of hop. Soft malted taste, spicy yeast, slight hoppy bitterness, acidity of wheat, supple and balanced. Finale more dry, refreshing. Rather classic and well made.

Golden coloured beer with a nice sized head. Sticks nice at the glass. The smell isn’t totally my thing, earth, malt and spices. At the taste slightly some more hops then expected after the smell, but the earthy-ness is ruiing it a bit.

33cl bottle @ home. Clear yellow / golden color, average sized white, good lacing, fully diminishing head. Smell malts, earth. Taste malts, grains, lightly bitter and some yeast. Low to medium carbo and body.

Hazy blond coloured beer with large rocky white head and lots of carbonation. Sweet granny and fruity aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is roasted flat with slight bitter touch.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, candy sweet yeast, borring but okay ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111001]

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a fine frothy white head and lacings. Clean and easy. Bit of yeast, fruit and hops. Dry and quite refreshing.
