Gravity cask at the Battersea Beer Festival, 8th Feb 2008. Very clear amber appearance. Great aroma of flowers and apples which leads into a taste of honey and herbs. Very smooth on the tongue too. This is a fantastic light beer.

Cask@Proeflokaal. Malty and raisin aroma. Light brown color, off-white head, good lace. Sweet, malty, nice hop bitterness, hints of raisin and herbs. Flavorful, nice balance.

Cask Transparant, but decent fluffy head, over foxy-amber beer. Bit of caramel, UK hops, dry hop sacks, old hessian. Nutty & caramel flavour, but light & relieved by some good aroma hops added. A bit light for a Best Bitter. Quite some slickness, even sticky, caramel ending. Light bodied, but nice, invitingly tasting bitter.
