[ Trade by Countbeer ]. Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110318]

Bottle. A deep red beer with a slight hazy under a bubbly tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of berries and fruit. The flavor is sweet with a strong note of toffee, combined with notes of fruits and berries - a mixture of red and blue berries from the forrest. The end is dry with a slight note of wood, and a short bitterness.

Bottle @ Norway/Denmark Tasting, Ulfborg. Pours clear amber with a small creamy white head. Nose is toffee and nuts. Vaguely roasted and nutty flavor with a decent bitterness in the end. Medium bodied.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2012 Bottle, 5.1% at KØ12. Fruity and caramelly aroma, some green apple. Clear copper/brown colour. Very small white head. The flavour is fruity and caramelly, has a little liquorice. Chalky mouthfeel.

Cask gravity at White Cliffs BF 09. Chestnut colour, lasting bubbly head. Toffee caramel on aroma. Some earthiness on finish. It’s alright, some decent fruity malt. Toffee is pleasing. Just a bit bettern than average.
