Bottle at Peculier Pub. Oh good gracious this is way too sweet. Doesn’t even really taste terribly alcoholic because there’s so much sugar. Some vague applish fruits, maybe banana too, but just a big batch of sugar. Yikes!

Courtesy of Fonefan. Warm golden with a huge, nice and creamy head. The aroma has sweetness, notes of malt and alcohol. The flavour is SWEET with notes of alcohol, malt and yeast. It’s not very inspiring and the sweetness and alcohol is too much for me.

13% Bottle, Aroma is malty with heavy alcohol presence. Pearl white head upheld via a honey colored brew. Decent body, very sweet, ABV isn’t well hidden. A sip beer to through and through...not bad.

Small bottle poured a golden body with a healthy thick cream colored head. Apple and floral candy-caramel boozy almond nose. Mild elderflower berry flavors. Hot, harsh, warming, faintly cloying finish. Not so quaffable.

Sat July 11th 10:03 Death of BP .... Stranglely punching bag sweet ... hides the ABV quite well ... very good head for such a high alcohol level .. warms the belly ... ’i don’t give a crap about woodstock’ ... 1st brew from LS .. decent aroma .. an enjoyable beer that went down quite easily .. perpahs a little rough around the edges...

8.4oz. bottle from MO. Pours a deep blond with thin almost white head and nice lacing. Aroma of fruit, wine, and alcohol. Heavy sweet malt flavor with notes of fruits and alcohol. Metalic after taste and syrupy texture are slightly overwelming, but the warm alcohol feeling is nice in the end. Not a bad big beer, but nothing to write home about or save in the cellar.

8.4 oz. bottle. Hazy, dark yellow color. Small, off white head. Good amount of lacing. Sweet malt aroma with a touch of warming alcohol. Thin mouthfeel. Very sweet, dark fruit flavor. Alcoholic finish that burns the throat. A bit too much for me.

24.8cl bottle from Total Wine (Tampa). Pours a clear, deep orange with an amber glow, frothy white head heavily laces glass and is retained throughout consumption. Smells mediciny with phenol in the nose and notes of pear and spice. Taste is initially sweet with a kick of white sweet wine that gives way to alcohol and honey with a lingering alcohol burn in the finish. We experienced the high alcohol content to be very noticeable and somewhat overpowering making it difficult to discern other flavors.
