Poured clear amber with small white head. No discernable carbonation. Medium bodied ale that starts with moderate malt sweetness and fruity (plum?) and caramel flavors. Light copper color with big high carbonation induced off white head. Nice Belgium ale type spicy yeast aroma with a tad of floral hops. There is also a wedge of aroma coming from the alcohol. I thought the alcohol was masked very well. You can taste it but it doesn’t slap you in the face. Flavor is sweet malts and a little spice.
