Yellowish green, white head/lacing. The nose is rich on malt and alcohol, some light yeast and spicy citrus character. The flavor is yeasty, alcohol is a bit strong but it’s good and strange.

Clear golden color with some head and lacing. Spicy nose. Spice and honey throughout the flavor. Lots of alcohol noted. Very warming. A little much for me.

(Bottle 25 cl) 15% ABV version. Fully golden with a dense and pretty head. Naturally quite alcoholic - but not really any worse than a European strong lager - with a high degree of sweetness . Has a spirituous almost sherry-like edge. To be enjoyed in very small quantities. 191201

Bottle. Malty alcoholic smell. Pours a golden color with little head (possibly because I spilled the beer all over me...). I’ve had plenty of high alcohol content beers and this one was not smooth. It wasn’t what I expected. It’s barely drinkable to me.

Strong beer with lots of malt and alcohol, and notmuch else. No complexities or tones, although it is smoother than you light expect from the amount of alcohol.

At 13% you can smell the alcohol. Golden in color. Despite the high alcohol it tastes extremely smooth. Big malt flavor. Small bottle and poured into a small glass 1 bottle splite perfectly for 2. A nice sipping beer. Get it at Redlight Redlight in Winter Park, Fl

Pour is light hazy amber with a thin off white head...sweet aroma, with honey, pears, some mild spices too...taste is super malty with huge alcohol taste...strange vegetal aftertaste...

Light copper color with small head that dissipates in minutes. Strong malty aroma with evidence of alcohol. Strong alcoholic taste that overpowers almost all other taste. Bottom line - there are other high-abv beers that have a much more complex and better taste than this one!
