Aroma is yeast and alcohol all the way... flavor is superbly sweet with hints of hefe characteristics like lemon zest, citrus, and a touch of sweet vanilla stuff. Honestly... tough to stomach. Try it once and let it go - you can tell why it’s in an 8 oz bottle.

Bottled 25cl. It pours a nice clear apricot colored beer with a small whitish head. The aroma is of chestnuts, plums, lots of strawberries, raspberries and bread. The taste is of the same with quite an alcoholic punch. Some peaches and apricots. Olive-oil like notes. Full bodied, sweet and nicely balanced. The warming finish is grassy and wonderfully herbal with a nice dry lingering bitterness. Very enjoyable.

Bottle at Peculier Pub. Oh good gracious this is way too sweet. Doesn’t even really taste terribly alcoholic because there’s so much sugar. Some vague applish fruits, maybe banana too, but just a big batch of sugar. Yikes!

330 mL bottle, newer 13% version; fairly fresh: translucent gold. Starched white disparate head. Tiny bubbles rise through the body. Peach fuzz aroma with heavy alcohol, raisins and light Belgian yeast. Astringent alcohol on the palate with a thick malt presence. A bit of harsh, peppery spice in the finish. Overall the alcohol makes this one fairly hard to drink.

Sweet sugary, fruity peary aroma, taste is also hugely sugary with a big pear and apple flavor and a sharp alcohol finish, plenty of body and taste, not as bad as others would have you believe

Pours a simple yellow color with a thick head that doesn’t last. Aroma is dominated by malts and alcohol. There is almost no hops in the flavor, instead it’s all malts and alcohol burn. This beer is purely a novelty.

Pours kind of Pale Ale ish with no head, but some big bubbles around the outside of the glass. Nose is cough syrup and yeast. The flavor is better by far, with some malt complexity with fruit and candied sugar. It doesn’t have a lot of heat in the flavor, but the throat burn lasts a bit.
