Pours cloudy, orange, with a minor, fine head. Aroma is mildly musky with some fruits and a little grassy. Thick mouth feel with a sweet caramel, fruit (bananas primarily), backing. Some alcoholic warmth with a bit of an alcoholic tingle. Large alcoholic warmth to finish. Not bad.

Bottle - 3 pack. Shared this with beergestapo in the Devonshire. Poured a slight hazy amber gold with a white head. Some aroma of white grapes similar to a wine. Pallet was smooth with a bit of sweetness, malts and very much a Belgian in character. Although 13% it was relatively mild and drinkable. Liked this, not just a clever label but a good Strong Ale as well.

Pale gold, clear and with a white head that fades fast. Sweet grain and malt nose with some alcohol noticable. Heavey in the mouth with sweetness throughout and a lingering finish inwhich the alcohol becomes noticeable. Malty with some alcohol but in the end not a lot of descirnable flavors. Not bad though to help warm one up!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a reddish golden with a small white head and alcohol, yeast and ripe fruits on the nose. Taste is very alcoholic, but also sweet with lots of fruits and some brown sugar. Finish is also very alcohol and biting, I tend to like high-alcohols, but I don’t like this one that much

Poured from an 8.4 ounce bottle into a snifter, cloudy yellow with no head. Aroma was of apricot, pear, apple and other fruit. Taste was sweet with a touch of citrus fruits and a big alcohol wallop that dominted all else. Not much reason to drink this except to get a quick buzz.

Strong beer with lots of malt and alcohol, and notmuch else. No complexities or tones, although it is smoother than you light expect from the amount of alcohol.

Bottle, 13% version. Pours a cloudy amber with an off white head. Sweet, fruity aroma of rum, apricots, and lots of alcohol. Flavor is sweet (too sweet!), and soon overwhelms the palate with twangy, fusel alcohol. Lacks complexity.

13% ABV and they are not kidding. Eye opening alcohol burn rips through the heavy texture to attack your palate. One devil of a beer.
