I tend to like the bigger beers and this onw with a 15% abv was big. The high alcohol was too obvious though and the brew very sweet overall. Not one to quaffe but one as an after dinner liquor only. A specialty brew.

8.4 oz. bottle. Hazy, dark yellow color. Small, off white head. Good amount of lacing. Sweet malt aroma with a touch of warming alcohol. Thin mouthfeel. Very sweet, dark fruit flavor. Alcoholic finish that burns the throat. A bit too much for me.

bought at drinks of the world in lucerne, switzerland bottled, 13vol%, named belzebuth extra forte white head nice golden color smells malty, rather sweetish, wich a strong and a bit artificial seeming caramel, some hidden orange-like smell, and something hidden like sweat tasts malty, the caramel taste seems rather sweetish and a bit artificial to me,but there’s some hidden citrus too,and some hops aftertaste caramel, malt, some bitterness, some hidden viny fruityness would be better,if it was a bit less sweetish,if the hidden fruityness would be stronger, and caramel less artificially seeming it’s mentionned on that side, that alcohol content was lowered to 11%,but as it seems the 13% version is still brewed.perhaps the 115%version is better.

Wow!! Plus Forte de Monde! Puored into small glass with a nice blonde color. The high alcohol content is present from the moment it reaches your lips, but continues in a pleasant way with a very subtle sweetness.

Clear golden-amber color with a quickly fading white head. Super sweet sugary malty aroma with quite a bit of ALCOHOL. Flavors were beyond sugary with some spiciness and of course, plenty more ALCOHOL. Sticky sweet, slick mouthfeel with a slightly astringent finish. Quite a bitter, alcoholic, medicinal finish. Vaguely unpleasant. Started giving me a headache. Not sure I’ll have this one again...

Aroma was alcohol, almost like a port wine. Taste was similar, but had enough maltiness to qualify as a beer. Dark golden color, very malty, alcoholic taste. Went down and finished surprisingly well for a drink with such a high alcohol content. It also got me quite drunk.
