UPDATED: OCT 27, 2013 Pours with no head or lacing. Skunky aroma. Almost painful to have in your mouth. Flavor is toffee.

The smell is minimal, bubblegum, banana, butterscotch, apple peel, alcohol. The taste is actually alright, there is some alcohol of course but also sweet corn, sugary, and some complexity. Average look, slight head that disappears, orangish in color, no lacing.

Bottled 250ml. -from www.beershop.hr Dark golden coloured, small white head, alcohol in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel and pretty sharp alcohol presence with also warming alcohol in the finish. One-dimensional boozy stuff. Few months out of BBE date but it doesn’t change much in general.

The strongest beer ever tasted . Drunk a few years ago , all that I can remember is the sweet alcohol aroma, taste and palate.

Birra dal sapore molto intenso e dolciastro. L?elevato tasso alcolico non si sente a primo impatto. Molto buona come accompagnamento per carni o verdure

Extremely sweet, which hides the enormous alcohol content well, but also makes it taste awful. Way, way too sweet.

Bottle at PIB 2015, pours a hazy yellow blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of Belgian yeast, alcohol, and candied sugar. Flavour is very yeast-forward, with loads of Belgian yeast that tingles the tongue, along with light candied sugar and slight alcohol. Not actually that offensive, opposite to what I was expecting. Not very complex but still clean. Decent.

Pues sí, pedazo de licor. Casi 3 veces mas que una lager flojita. Oscura, poca espuma. Brutal en boca, frutal pero envuelta en calor alcoholico por todos los lados. Algo de dulzor tambien... Pero alcohol... No esta mal... Pero alcohol... Tomese de postre.

Aromas of toffee and just a bit of fruit - say pear and a slight hint of orange. Hops really subdued, nut some real alcohol sweetness. Almost reminds me of a light cognac. Color is an unusual and attractive light amber orange. Quite sparse off-white head. Taste is a heavy sweetness but very little bitterness. Light to medium body. Thin, slick texture. Light carbonation. Medium length finish with sweetness, toffee and mild fruit. Overall I like this beer. I like how different and unique it is. Almost like a mild, fruity liquor - reminds me a bit of cognac or sherry. Not something I would want every week, but a nice variation to have once in a while. In some respects it’s not very "beer like" with the high alcohol, fruity flavors, sweetness and lack of hop bitterness. Still an interesting outlier; I am surprised how low the overall Ratebeer average rating is for it.

caramel, roasty, resin, leather, alcohol, woody, Very strong, almost astringent in taste. Yet not overpowering. Similar to drinking a boilermaker in feel. Could do to sell in larger portions as the serving is quite small.

Poured from a bottle into a snifter Aroma- Fruit, malt and alcohol Appearance- The color is a dark golden yellow and almost no head Taste- Has a fruit taste and after the second sip the alcohol started to become readily noticeable. Not a bad flavor. Palate- A medium-bodied beer with a low amount of carbonation. Overall- A pretty good beer but it is not a beer that people will want to drink on a regular basis. it is definitely one that beer-fanatics will want to try.
