On draft at Belmont Station. For what it is, quite excellent, drinkable, etc. What I’d call a "light bitter" as opposed to a heavy one (as in I(x)PA, Barley Wines).

Aug 18, 2008 On tap at Bend Brewing - Pretty decent beer. Nice aroma and looks good. It has a decent balance of hops and malt, and it has a nice finish.

Jul 23, 2008 Big cracker malt backbone with big hops. More of an IPA than a bitter, but it was really fantastic. Dry with some earthy and caramel components. Tried to get a growler of this but they had ran out after my sampler.

Mar 9, 2005 <i>Sampled draught at Bend Brewing Company, Bend</i><br />Copper color, light head & lacing. Nose of light hops & esters, fairly light. Note of diacetyl and watermelon. Flavor of Columbus hops. Very earthy & up front with the hops. Finishes light, average, kinda malty.

Mar 8, 2005 Amber with strong lacing and a frothy head. Eh, bitter slightly with almost a bland or stale malt aroma. Some citrus. The flavor is mostly bitter. The stale malts give it an almost card board like taste. Bitter finish.
